The goals of the Business Academy include:

• Provide a unique opportunity for small businesses to gain valuable information from experts to help their business grow and succeed for the long term.
• Help and encourage small businesses to understand the value and philosophy behind continued education.
• Encourage open communication between peers and instructors. One of the great shortcomings of our business culture is that business people do not engage each other on common issues and situations. Accordingly, the series will encourage small businesses to communicate freely and allow the seminar instructors as well as attendees to question and guide them in ways that truly promote learning and improvement in a real world business sense.
