membership by creating, promoting, and executing various events and

Committee has the task of communicating The Chamber's message to its
members and the general public, and providing a feedback mechanism so
that members and non-members can communicate easily and effectively
with us.

Committee serves to help the Chamber leverage new technologies in
order to achieve its mission and goals.

| Emissary | The Emissaries
Committee serves to make new members feel welcomed and informed about
the Chamber. Specifically, the Emissaries welcome new members,
deliver new member's certificates and name badges, and encourage new
members to participate in Chamber events. The Emissaries also attend
Chamber mixers and receptions, and make a particular point of
networking with new members and introducing them to other Chamber
members.

| Membership | The Membership
Committee is responsible for evaluating and recommending changes to
membership pricing and benefits. The Membership Committee also
serves to actively recruit Chamber membership from business, civic,
and educational sectors of the Lake Forest area by promoting
membership benefits.

| Non-Profit Outreach Committee | The Non-Profit
Outreach Committee acts as a liaison between the Chamber and its
members that are non-profit charities. Specifically, the Non-Profit
Outreach Committee evaluates and makes recommendations on any special
benefits for non-profit charities. The Non-Profit Outreach Committee
also strives to create partnerships between its non-profit members
and its for-profit members.

Governance, Finance,
and Audit Committee
| The Governance,
Finance, and Audit Committee serves two distinct purposes. First, the
Committee evaluates and recommends modifications to the Chamber’s
rules and bylaws. Second, the Committee works to ensure financial
responsibilities of the LFCC Board of Directors by reporting to and
advising the Board on financial and audit issues.
